Dr. Sreekant Cherukuri is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has worked to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for patients of all ages with ear, nose, and throat disorders.  Dr. Cherukuri has been practicing ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery in Northwest Indiana since 2003.  His clinical interests include the management of thyroid disorders, sinus disease and allergy, hearing loss, and pediatric ENT issues.  Dr. Cherukuri’s additional area of focus is in Facial Plastic Surgery and reconstruction after MOHS skin cancer removal from the head and neck.  He is the pioneer of The Weekend Facelift  and an expert in many other minimally-invasive, no-downtime aesthetic procedures of the face and neck.

Dr. Cherukuri received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, graduating with honors. Dr. Cherukuri graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor society, a professional medical organization that recognizes and advocates for excellence in scholarship and the highest ideals in the profession of medicine.  He then completed his Otolaryngology residency at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI, and he was named Chief Resident by his faculty.

Dr. Cherukuri has been published in a number of medical journals.  He has also presented research papers at multiple national medical conferences.   Dr. Cherukuri is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Indiana State Medical Association, and Chicago Laryngological and Otological Society.
